Shonte' Hamlett brings valuable experience and compassion to her work with individuals and families. Her background includes conducting intake interviews and assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating individual, group, and family counseling sessions under the guidance of a licensed counselor. With a strong academic foundation in Education and Counseling, she is skilled in therapeutic techniques, client assessment, and crisis intervention.
Dedicated to supporting the unique needs of children, families, and individuals, Shonte' offers empathetic and effective care. Her commitment to mental and emotional well-being makes her a vital part of our team, and she is honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges and pursue growth.
 

Education & Credentials

Shonte' holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Lamar University. With hands-on experience working with children who have faced traumatic events and providing support to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, she is committed to fostering growth, resilience, and healing.
She creates a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space for her clients to explore their emotions and work toward their personal goals.

Marcus Curry, LPC and CSAT Candidate, has experience in community mental health, inpatient care, and crisis counseling. With a Christ-centered approach using CBT, Family Systems Theory, and ART, he helps clients find healing and transformation.
