Jeremy Sprott

LPC-Supervisor, Practice Owner

As the founder of Transformed Therapy in Houston, TX, and a licensed professional counselor since 2008, I am passionate about guiding individuals, couples, and families through growth, healing, and transformation with a faith-centered approach. My journey includes extensive experience across various therapeutic settings, working with issues such as anxiety, depression, and personal development. Before starting Transformed Therapy, I served as the Director at Memorial Christian Counseling Center, and as CEO at Integrative Mental Health Solutions, overseeing crisis intervention services across Greater Houston.
In addition to my professional experience, I served for 11 years as a youth and outreach minister, which deepened my understanding of pastoral care and compassionate counseling. My educational foundation includes a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Outside of work, I cherish time with my wife and our five children, often exploring the outdoors in our 5th wheel camper. I find joy in nature, whether it’s enjoying a quiet morning coffee, gardening, hunting, or fishing—moments that bring me peace and ground my spirit. My faith, family, and love for God’s creation are at the heart of my practice, and I am honored to support others in their personal journeys.
